My Gardening Efforts

Good Morning :)

This morning I woke up, put on my bathrobe and slippers, poured myself some coffee and opened my front door, to get the paper. What I saw immediately made me smile; that my Irises bloomed again (probably the 3rd or 4th time this season).  I am not a great gardener.  But I love plants and flowers and other people’s success with gardening. So when anything of mine blooms or bears fruit I celebrate. Thank you God! And this is a sincere, but sort of humorous, prayer of thanks for me as I usually pray about human suffering.  The beauty of flowers!  I often hope that when people live in war torn regions or crime ridden neighborhoods that they have some escape toward the vision of beauty that is in a flower.  I am blessed.  I have daily peace in my life and I have flowers. I hope moments of gloriousness happen for you and all of mankind often.  Have a wonderful day!

New Orleans to Baton Rouge

New Orleans to Baton Rouge Social Networking - it works !

Susan Shea New Orleans to Baton Rouge Social Networking it works!
Today's recent efforts are in joining LSU in their hashtag to share #LPLG which stand for Love Purple Live Gold.
I don't share every hashtag in Baton Rouge and New Orleans but one thing I love is people who work hard and enjoy the reward of it.  And that's what LPLG means to me :) Geaux Think, Geaux Smile !  are what I always say,
and #LPLG is a similar message!
